Executive Functioning Evaluation

$375

Executive Functioning Evaluation cost includes: MindPrint cognitive assessment; parent, student, and/or teacher questionnaires; and interviews.

A 1-2 hour in-person evaluation plus follow-up to discuss written evaluation results (with parents of students or adult). 

For an additional $75, the Sensory Profile will be administered and interpreted to determine if the student's sensory processing skills are interfering with their learning.

 

MindPrint Assessment

$199

The MindPrint assessment is a one-hour cognitive and learning assessment. It provides detailed information about the student's complex reasoning, memory, executive functions, and processing speed.

 

It provides a detailed learning profile of the student, identifying strengths in straightforward terminology, along with actionable next steps to support academic and social-emotional growth across subjects.

 

For students in 9th grade and above, it also provides a detailed score prediction of how the student will test across subject domains in both the SAT and ACT.

 

This assessment is provided at no additional cost when you purchase an executive functioning evaluation, but it can be administered independently for $199 without an evaluation.

 

A detailed report is provided based on the results.
